Jewellery Making Day
Come along to Studio E2 for a jewellery making day where you'll be able to make jewellery with a successful, professional silversmith using traditional techniques, such as hammering, soldering, filing and polishing.
You'll be able to make a silver ring, earrings, pendant or bracelet to take away with you.
The price for the whole day is £75 plus materials (approx. £2.50 for a ring). The course is 1 day long but you may attend for longer if you wish to make more jewellery.
This course is suitable for all skill levels and anyone over the age of 12 (with a parent) or 16 as an individual. There is no upper age limit and the course is designed to suit both men and women.
You can choose to either make a piece of jewellery from one of the set projects, or you can bring along a design of your own.

Things to bring with you:

Some ideas of the jewellery you might like to make (we can also discuss this before the class)

Your own lunch (we have a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle that you can use).
Wear old clothes that you don’t mind damaging, or bring an apron. Dress warmly as you’ll be working in an industrial building!
